Excellent communication and service. Carl gave specific times for the appointment versus large windows of time that we were use to with another company. He was efficient. He explained and showed me the issue at hand. Carl also made me aware of potential issues with a contact and capacitor which after seeing their physical condition, excessive rust, I agreed to replace. I will be a repeat customer and greatly appreciate his professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

This guy is not good. Dont know how he got the other reviews he has gotten because he is horrible!! Came to the house and did nothing but complain. Fixed the ac long enough to get paid and get out of there. Within 2 hrs our ac was off again. He wanted me to make another appointment and charge me again for doing nothing no doubt. We struggled for a week pumping the pan out til a friend of mine that does HVAC came over and simply put a cap on the pvc pipe and everything worked fine since. The other HVAC guy said that this guy had to have removed the cap because the AC would not have worked for all

Mr. Mossor was on time and always letting us know he was on his way. He carried all equipment needed to cover and keep my floors clean and without scuffs. When he left we couldn’t tell he had been here aside from the quiet new ac system. He works efficiently and quietly. You’ll forget he’s there he’s so self sufficient and deliberate in his work. This was the third time that we used Carl of CW Mossor. Each time he was asked to look at the issues we were having he provided quick turnaround of each service. He has been very courteous and very knowledgeable of what the issue was and how it needed to be corrected. We recently bought a new home and was concerned that the AC unit was not working properly. We had a Home Inspection done but was not aware that Home Inspectors are not allowed to actually look at the units. Our upstairs hvac unit was on its last legs and gave CW Mossor a call for an estimate. He was prompt and courteous throughout and gave a total cost estimate that he did not deviate from. My AC blower malfunctioned & was no longer blowing cold air. I called Carl with CW Mossor & he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and returned the next morning with the part that was needed. He had the AC up & running in no time. Carl initiated interest in our heating problem when 2 other companies failed to call us back when we called him just to ask for input on pricing..Due to the time of the year he gave the best price. Cannot say enough good things about Carl and his business. I needed a complete new system which I wasn't prepared for. My old system had been pieced together by countless other HVAC companies over the years and it was at the point of no return. Carl has financing partners with exceptional terms which made it possible for me to complete the repairs. He completed the job in under the estimated time frame committing close to 24 hours during a 48 hour time frame working on on my hvac system. The complete job cost was more than competitive.
