I have been with FlexAlarms since 2015. I too experienced the great initial service that I had setting up my low voltage with Jim and Kevin and their sub contractors. We did have a bad experience towards the end when the work was completed but it was discussed and we agreed to terms at the final payment. I was just happy it was done.
I wanted to write this review to give my experience from 10/01/2021. My app on my Apple device stopped working Friday afternoon. This had happened before and was an issue with the monitoring station. When I checked Friday evening I was still having the same issue

I own a construction company and I worked with Flex Alarms to install a complete security system (including cameras) and a Sonos System in my personal home. FlexAlarms installed their equipment and monitors my home and a rental property that we own and operate. The process was simple, straightforward and the pricing is reasonable! I got tv mounted for my house. Jim was great helping me with his quick response for my request. He answered all my question and set up the appointment for with no problem. Jerry the guy who installed the TV's was just as great. He was very nice. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend.

I recently switched from a nationally known Security Alarm company to Flex Alarms. The pricing was better and the service was outstanding. I was able to schedule the service call at a time convenient to me -- not always easy for those of us who work full-time! When I had a question about my system a couple of weeks after the initial service call, the service technician was able to walk me throught steps to address my need over the phone.
