Purchased a large Eastern White Pine, which they planted in July 2020. It never thrived, but they kept saying to give it time and they would replace if needed. Well, it is now completely dead. Despite their 3 year warranty, we have been told they will not remove and replace the dead tree. And now they won’t answer our phone calls or emails.
*Edit: They have given us a refund on the tree, but would not remove it. We had to pay to have another company remove the dead tree.

We "inherited" Tree Health Management as our arborist when we bought our current property. It has 27 beautiful trees on it and we were city folk with zero idea how to properly treat and maintain the assets we had. 3 years later, we still use them and recommend them to everyone looking. Briana and the THM crew have been the absolute best. They are very friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and will take the time to answer any questions you can think of. They provided advice about all of our trees and plants around our property. The company was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed that she knew the scientific names of everything and exactly how to care for it all. I am relieved that I now know how to keep my plants alive (or at least what I should be doing!).

I would recommend this company to anyone!!! The Tree Health team are amazingly knowledgeable and honest. They truly care about trees and have excellent suggestions. They’ve saved the life of a 150 year oak tree that we have on our property. They’ve done pruning for me and planted about 15 trees on my property. Can’t say enough about this group of folks. Wisconsin is lucky to have them!!!!

We contacted Tree Health Management as we had three old, large fir trees that weren't doing well. They diagnosed the problem and treated the trees. While on our property they also identified an ash tree and recommended treatment for Emerald Ash Borer. All trees are doing very well. We will definitely call them again if a need arises.

Tree Health Management has worked with us every year for the past 8 years on our trees. From orchard care to a replanting plan to replace diseased trees, the whole team has been wonderful! Just this year we have 6 new big trees. They also inspected our trees and found a hollow spot in our walnut that could be supported by cabling. This will help this already old tree live a longer and healthier life. Thank you!

I have used Tree Health Management for several years now and am extremely happy with the work that they've done for me. I have a Norway Maple that I suspect had not been touched by a professional in decades and I was fearful that it was weighted down and would fall on my house. They pruned the tree and have provided guidance over the years of how to keep it healthy. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Tree Health Management was referred to me by my neighbor when I purchased my house 3 1/2 years ago. The landscaper suggested I cut down several trees but I wanted a second opinion. Brianna Frank, the owner, came out and spent almost an hour walking me through the trees and assessing their overall health. She recommended I keep all of the trees and we started treatment for my Ash tree and they complete regular pruning and trimming every fall. They also added a cable brace to one of the limbs for risk management. I'm so grateful I got a second opinion and didn't cut down my beautiful trees. I wouldn
