We thought our 13 year old AC unit died over the weekend. We called Mazza's & they were at our house right away. Patrick, the service technician, was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined our system and addressed the issue. It's a wonderful feeling to know when it comes to our future HVAC needs that we can count on Mazza's to give us honest and reliable service for a fair price.

Our furnace went out late Christmas night. Called them early Sunday morning. A service tech called us back within 30 minutes and was able to diagnose our issue over the phone. It was a part that they couldn’t get till Monday morning. They got the part Monday and was at our house first thing. He began working within minutes of his arrival and Our heat was back on within 30 minutes. The technician was friendly and respectful.

A friend of mine use them the other day to fix a hot water issue they had. The first repair man had to leave so the owner came out to finish the job. He refused to put a mascon even though my friends husband told him that she had just had heart surgery and they preferred that he wear a mask. He refused to do so on the basis that he could not work in a mask and left. Then they tried to bill them for the time it took for the other repair man to come back. Do not use them they do not care about you or your Health

I was asked by a family I've known for years if I knew anything about air conditioning. I told him I wasn't an expert at ac units but owning my own company, and being a master electrician of 32 years I told him I could take a look at it. I didn't know mazza heating and cooling had been there already. When I arrived at their residence they told me that the tech that came out told them the system was very old and needed replaced and billed them $300 and left. I did some quick checks and found nothing more than them disconnect breaker located at the unit outside was bad (no voltage threw breaker)

A/C unit was working properly. Called Mazza's they had someone out within the time frame they stated. They addressed the issue within minutes and stated that they would call me once they had the part. Called me an hour later told me that they order the part and the should have it in a day. They were out the next day, fixed the a/c and we couldn't have been happier with their staff and their pricing.

Technician didn't listen to what I said problem was, made no suggestions, just said 'so you want me to just do a service call?' I said I guess so and he didn't say one word the rest of the time. Like he was angry he was there. After I paid him I asked if I had to pay extra for him to tell me what he found. He said 'I didn't find anything'. Told him to give me my receipt and get the #$%^ out. Obviously doesn't understand he's in the 'service' industry.
Edit: Company contacted me and made this right. I appreciate the quick response and changed my rating accordingly.

My husband was working out of town and I had just gotten home at 6:30 on Saturday night and realized the furnace was out. My husband called Mazza and said they would call me shortly, within 5 minutes I received a call from Zack and he said he would be here within the hour. He arrived within 30 minutes to fix the problem. We won’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much for keeping us warm tonight! ❤️

Highly recommend Mazza Heating. Our furnace needed to be replaced with a suggestion from Mark Cole to call Mazza Heating. Absolutely pleased with the service and installation. The 2 servicemen were friendly, clean and professional. Rick, the owner, personally stopped to oversee and explained our new furnace and thermostat. I will be having Mazza's crew hook up my gas fireplace in my basement.

I highly recommend Mazza. Jaime and Rick are so helpful finding the issue to the problem with my furnace. I called in Jan 25th at 11:30am and someone was out here fixing my problem with my furnace within 30 mins. I would not use any other company. I had a very bad experience with Thompson Mechanical before and learn my lesson. Mazza is the best!

I can't say enough about Mazza!!! I have used them for several years for for maintenance of my older furnace, which they have kept running for me year after year!! This morning they went above and beyond though!! I called before the company was even open. A stray kitten we rescued had jumped into an open vent that was uncovered because of some painting I was doing in the bathroom. Yep..we had a little kitten stuck in the duct work! They were out there first thing looking for the baby!!! After a few mishaps, she (or he, we don't know yet, it's vet appt is tomorrow) was finally rescued!! Kudos to

We scheduled an appointment with a technician to come out and service our furnace before winter. Once the technician began working on our furnace he realized he did not have the correct size filter. Instead of saying "Mrs. Rogers, I apologize I do not have the correct size filter I will run to the hardware store and get one". He had my wife and my 4 year old daughter run up to the store to get one herself while he waited at the house alone. I called and spoke to the receptionist and she was very kind and pleasant but as soon as his supervisor got on the phone she was very unprofessional. Never

I called them when my 1950 furnace stopped working. They came out and said all that it needed was a cleaning. When I asked about maybe needing a new furnace soon they told me "No this one will run forever if you just service it regularly" Since then I had them out every other year for a maintenance and whenever there were issues. They were always fair and reasonable. I just wish the serviced Mercer County because I moved in February and really don't think I will find anyone that gives such fantastic service.

Installed new furnace and ac for us. Came out when they said they would and with a full crew. Their installation was done in a very professional manner and clean up was as it should have been.
