CRM-CM can provide in-house design or work with local architects to create a custom plan with your needs in mind.
The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We'll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
CRM CM provides Commercial and Residential Construction Management in South Carolina as well as parts of Florida and North Carolina. As a commercial and residential contractor, we use a Pre-Construction Process to learn your likes and dislikes, understand your preferred style and ultimately, to identify how you plan to use your dream home.

I have worked on a few projects now with CRM as a subcontractor for design, cabinets and counter tops. Recently we finished a beautiful remodel in Shadowmoss. Sam was the project manager, and I must say he has been wonderful to work with! Reliable, quick to problem solve and very responsive. As an industry professional, working with a great company with reliable team members is key to a job well done. Kudos to CRM for hiring a very valuable lead!
