I bought my house 2 years ago, the siding was one of my biggest fears. I got multiple quotes from other companies and felt that I was getting the biggest bang for my buck with siding depot! They were thorough and very helpful in solving some problem areas with water drainage!
Ruby is my project manager, she has been my right hand woman every step of the way. A sounding board to bounce ideas off of, extremely helpful to me as a single mom going through such a large project also as a first time home buyer!

Siding Depot did a big project for me of removing stacked stone that was leaking water from a tall chimney. They removed all the rock, replaced the rotten wood, and finished with siding, roof shingles, and paint. The project came out perfectly, matches the rest of the house, and looks like it was always that way!

We had all of our siding replaced and the house painted. At the end of the day, we are happy with the finished product, but it was so much harder than it had to be. Communication was poor throughout the process. We would be told the crew was coming out and then they wouldn't show up until a day later. When the work was complete, we had a list of items to fix (nothing out of the ordinary), but it took a whole MONTH (8/14-9/14) to get them out to remedy.

My sister and i each got new windows and our houses resided and painted this spring. our interactions w/the crew chief and the crew could not have been better! we very much enjoyed working with them and the quality of the work has been stellar. i am a QA person for my day job; it is part of my work and nature to be very detail oriented. as i've gone around the house looking at thier handiwork, i've been so very grateful i decided to go with them for our house makeover. i now LOVE driving up to my own house!

Siding Depot did three major projects at our house: 1. Replace old cedar siding with Hardie Plank, 2. Replace windows, including trapezoid and specialty windows, 3. Replace all decks with the new Trex composite material. Siding Depot personnel were always very professional, and friendly through the entire process. Their workmanship is top quality and when issues arose (there are always issues with large projects) they always responded immediately and worked with us until we were satisfied. Updating- siding depot refused to remove the defective work and reinstall. This wasnt a one off
The owner has been to my house 3 times.
Ive taken the following measures.
I've had the Nichiha rep to my house confirming the work is not done according to manufactures guidelines with the owner of the company present.
I paid for licensed home inspector. They are unbiased. The inspector said it was the worst he'd ever seen and the report is a gazillion pages.
I called my insurance and they sent an adjuster out. He shook his head and said its the worst he'd ever seen.
My denied insurance

Terrible experience with the quality of work and overall level of service. We moved into our rental property that was redone by siding depot. Within 48 hours our new Towne house had a puddle of water in the master bed room. After trouble shooting with a plumber and a rep from siding depot well into the night it was discovered their people drilled a hole in a pipe outside the home where they replaced the siding. As a renter I had to do this all in my own because my landlord was out of Town. I ended up pulling close to 7 gallons of water out of the carpet myself. I had to coordinate the plumber with

Recently Craig Crenshaw came out and we agreed on a project to replace a good portion of the siding on our house along with some painting and some door and garage repairs. After looking at several local siding companies to do our siding and gutters we decided to go with Siding Depot based on their excellent reputation and lack of negative reviews. Also, the young man who came to our house to talk with us initially, Craig, is a very likable and personable young man who knows his business. Overall, we were pleased with the work done. We had siding, roof, gutters, windows, and paint done. It looks great! We had some problems with David. He was not honest in the work that was to be performed only to "win the job". Also, the roofers were a bit careless with demo & cleanup. After these issues, Armando did his best to make everything right.

Recently I had my home completely resided by this company. I had a pretty good experience overall. The job looks great but the customer service I received from sales rep David Lopez was horrible. Initially he was polite and attentive. During the project, he became belligerent, aggressive, demanding and unfriendly. I requested some siding corrected on my home before the final deposit was made and David told me I would have to deal with the warranty department.
