We called Lucky Locks late on a Sunday afternoon to help with a smart lock installation. Yaccov, the owner was unable to find any of his staff to come by, so he personally came within the hour.
He was courteous and professional during the install and he even fixed a few other issues that we were having with our door.
I'd happily do business with him again.

Ten stars if possible. My kids and I got locked out because of one of those "fancy" new phone managed locks my husband had installed. It had been working up for a week or so but to my luck it finally went when my husband was out of town.
They came within 25 minutes. Followed COVID guidelines for safety and was friendly and professional. He was very reasonably priced and did an above and beyond job to even save the lock in question.
Professionals like these should be cloned for all services and what a relief for someone in a bind like me. Grateful for the good, courteous, and professional

My mother locked herself out of her friends house while pet sitting. And let me say Amazing service!! Called him at 2200 (10 PM) and he gave me a quote over the phone and an estimated time of arrival. He showed up close to the estimated time of arrival and was very friendly and was able to quickly open the door. I highly recommend this company. And definitely if this ever happens again I would be calling this company again.

Lucky Locks is definitely my first choice for locksmiths. Kobe promptly responded to my request for a quote and with a snapshot of my broken lock/door knob gave me a reasonable repair price and same day service. When he actually saw the problem with the lock it became obvious it was a more complicated (and expensive) job. But he quickly figured out an effective and creative solution that kept the repair bill at the amount initially quoted.

Stumbled upon Lucky after learning that our local locksmith had closed. He made an office call. We needed approximately 20+ keys. He was professional, funny and very personable. So we come back from our vacation, getting ready to unpack while we put down our bags in the front porch and try to open the door.... Who has the keys? Apparently no one could find their house keys and we were locked out. I of course opened my trusty yelp and looked for a nearby locksmith at a reasonable price.
