When an alarm or malfunction condition is set our UL listed central monitoring station will either immediately dispatch authorities or reach out to you for confirmation of alarm and request to dispatch or notification of malfunction. Unfortunately, specific local response times are not something that we can estimate.

The cost is VERY affordable. They really work with your schedule for the installation and the alarm system itself is awesome! It’s super simple through an app on your phone, also a key fob option, which is super easy to use as well. We actually had someone try and get into our home and the system sounded almost immediately. I feel way more safe all around! I’d recommend this company to anyone! They are absolutely amazing!!
