The purpose of this appointment was an AC system inspection. Clark showed on time and was very professional throughout his visit. During his inspection he noted areas of concern as well as areas without issue. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was very thorough with his explanations. Overall, Clark is a very charismatic individual who provided superior quality customer service.

These guys came out to look at our air conditioner and fixed it late on a Sunday, y'all! And when something more broke (a motor needed replacing), they sent someone late in the day to repair it with the part they had gotten just that afternoon. I say this because they had to send this technician back to the warehouse then out to us in Pace and that's quite the drive! I would recommend them to anyone and go a step further to recommend you get into their special program as that does save you money! Thank you Lee Heating and Cooling for your awesome service!

On June 30, 2021 Lee HVAC technician Paul Romero came to my home and did a free tuneup on my AC. He recommended having my attic vents be taped in my attic as I had a small amount of condensation under my vents after reviewing my attic to see what could be causing it. On July 19, 2021 technicians Jacob and Patrick came to tape my vents at a price of $800. They showed up with mastic to seal my vents. They put a small amount around some of the vents and spent approximately 45 minutes. After paying them they sent me photos which were a mess. They agreed to take before and after photos but didn’t

Back in October 2018 my AC unit broke down and needed to be replaced. I contacted several companies and decided to go with Lee Heating and Cooling. I thought that the furnace was installed properly until recently when I called another AC & Heating company to make sure my unit is ready for winter. When the technician opened up the panel he showed me what installers from Lee did. The flue pipe was not connected between the top and bottom leaving a gap of a half inch. Luckily, the last 2 winters I was using the heat pump otherwise we would have been breathing the carbon monoxide coming out. I called
