Thrilled with our new shower glass! Adil was great at listening to our request, explaining costs, and walking through options. I especially appreciated the time he spent talking about how/where to place the glass mounts in the wall to consider the piping behind the wall and the location of smaller tiles that were more likely to crack. Very thoughtful, detailed work!

Truly incredible service and product. Also great knowledge. What I had in mind was going to overpower the bathroom. Adil made a great recommendation, showed many pictures, talked about other options, etc. He arrived same day to take measurements, quote, etc. Very communicative regarding timeline and install, which was extremely quick (less than two weeks from quote). I've worked with several contractors who take many months and multiple phone calls/emails to respond, much less do the work. This was the exact opposite, and a truly great experience. Adil seamlessly fixed my shower glass door that was coming apart from the hardware. I respect the person who initially installed it and like that he tried, but next time, I will definitely call Adil. Adil from Urban City Glass helped us repair a window in our house in less than 10 minutes! He answered our yelp request right away, gave us his number, and when we called to set a time he happened to be in our area and came over within 15 minutes! He was extremely friendly and professional, explained to us what was going on with our window, showed us how he was going to fix it, and ended up giving us a very nice discount since he didn't have too travel to far. We have a soaking tub/shower with frameless glass doors that were poorly installed by our developer. There was a lot of mold between the glass and tub. Adil removed the doors, cleaned out all the mold, and essentially gave us a brand new shower! He is extremely dedicated, responsive, pleasant and goes beyond! Would highly highly recommend him!
