I called Controlled Access Consultants for work needed to diagnose wiring on a Standard Telephone Entry System Intercom which was hooked up by a man from ADT with 33 years experience with phone and security.
( The intercom opened and closed the gate, but the call button didn't ring the home, which was why I called them )
I called and left a message with Controlled Access. A man who answers the phones called back. He replied to my hello with a stern impatient tone like I was bothering his time. HARSHLY HE SAID; " What's going on. NO hello or anything. He has a very BAD ATTITUDE!
