CCCU San Dimas & Covina MDB has been serving CCCU for 40 years, providing Design / Build services to support the Credit Union's two facilities in Covina (24,000sf) and San Dimas (26,000sf). In addition, MDB recently renovated an existing 15,000 sf single story office building into the Credit Union's new 2-story 25,000sf corporate offices.
Purpose Church Purpose Church engaged MDB to help modernize their worship center and master plan remodels and additions throughout their campus. Multi-Family Housing MDB developed a Multi-Family Housing Master Plan and architectural concept design for a confidential client in Southern California. South Shores Church MDB was chosen by South Shores Church to develop a Master Plan for their 6-acre site in Dana Point.
The updated design now includes two new buildings that add significant administrative and educational components to the campus. Bank and Office MDB has completed over 100 financial and office-related projects. Many of these included the construction of the space as well.
