Steven was helping me with a chandelier I purchased, he came out the first time and let me know one of my ring lights were out and that I needed a new one. So I reordered the exact same chandelier.. He sent his 16 year old step son to set up the chandelier for me, because he was held up at another job. His son was beyond respectful, professional and eager to help me, I even joined in to help him setup at some point. When he installed the chandelier it was almost perfect, but it was not facing the right way so I asked him to please change the direction so it's was facing the way he met the

Steven was absolutely amazing and professional. Hired him to mount 3 Tv's one which the mount was left in the wall at my old apartment. He was kind enough to meet me and the old apartment to remove the mount and follow me to my new place. Tv's came out just the way I wanted with time to spare.
