Camerata Homes specializes in building spacious, beautiful, luxury custom and semi-custom homes in the Denver metro area. When you build a home with Camerata, there is no limit to your end result. Some builders will customize stock plans by changing details. However, Camerata Homes does not define the house as a custom home unless we have closely studied the land and interviewed the clients to create a one-of-a-kind home that is tailor-made for them. The Camerata Team made our custom dream home come true.
Most semi-custom homes are created from a stock plan allowing for a number of individual details and options. The most obvious benefit is that it is a time saver. Very little design is needed when working from a stock plan. Another benefit is the lower price point of a semi custom home. Camerata Homes adds its own twist to the creation of your semi-custom home.
Very often, people want to live in a particular neighborhood. But the older home located there may be smaller than desired or in disrepair. Camerata helps people to locate their optimal home site or secure a property, develop plans and construct the new house. Camerata Homes remodeled my home at Heather Gardens and did an incredible job! I bought it as a 'fixer-upper' and it really was! This company modernized my patio home so that it is beautiful and functional! They upgraded the look and efficiency, and worked so well with the HOA. I get so many admiring compliments from people who come to my home! Most of all, everyone I worked with really listened to what I wanted and made it happen!

Did a fantastic job with a complete remodel of a 1950's brick ranch style home we bought. The design was beautiful and complimented the existing features of the home while providing infinitely more functionality than what was existing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our personal design input in the overall product. Camerata was easy to work with, overall a great experience, definitely recommend for any remodel or new home needs!
