Joann listened to me and was so in tune with my design style, had so many options for me to choose from and we ended up with the perfect blinds. We had used JoAnn years ago when we first moved into our home. She did a great job. We were in need of similar shades for our bedroom since a pipe burst and ruined them. We located them at another store but decided to ask JoAnn. She said she could give us a better price. The shades might be a bit darker. They arrived and
