Excellent service and care from the first phone call to the processing payment! Looking for saw as a gift for my husband! Weeks of calls and run around from several dealers until one call at closing time! Superior saw is appropriately named, they're Superior. Always polite and informative, never pressured into buying something you don't need. They have tons of knowledge about the products they carry and will be happy to educate you without being patronizing. I've spent alot of money in both stores lawn equipment and wood stoves, I'm a customer for life. Even if I moved to west Michigan, I would come back to shop at Superior Saw and Lakeside Fire and Grill.

Very helpful, I placed an order over the phone but needed to call back. A note was made so when I called back the next person answering knew what I wanted and continued helping flawlessly. When I picked up the new saw they gave me instructions how to run it. Although, they were very busy they took their time explaining the new features on the saw and making sure I had everything I needed as well.
However, I was afraid to look around the store for fear I may want more toys

These guys are the real deal! Even with the quarantine, they are taking the right precautions and still delivering great service. I ordered online and unfortunately the saw I ordered was out of stock, but they got me into a higher model chainsaw and did right by the price. They even gave me a good warranty. I will be purchasing saws from them in the future without a doubt.

What an incredible shop! The moment you walk into Superior Saw you'll know this is a place that takes their tools and customer service seriously.
I was quickly greeted by a knowledgeable gentleman who talked with me about what I was looking for. We chatted about my needs for a bit and he recommended the BG 86.
He also mentioned the Stihl warranty promotion where purchasing a 6-pack of the oil will extend the two year warranty to four. That's a no-brainer!
Before leaving, I was shown everything I would need to know about my new equipment, which was also gassed up and ran before leaving the shop
