Services
We've been here in the Valley, crafting heirloom quality furniture since 1989. Having started as a small business owned by a father/son team, we've grown quite a bit since then. We now fill a 55,000 square foot facility with approximately 80 employees and equipment that ranges from hand tools to CNC routers.
Until the early 1980's almost every sofa, even a "cheap" sofa was 8 way hand tied. Then many manufacturers and retail furniture stores started to skimp on quality leading to cheaper ways of making a sofa so more money could be profited. Any manufacturer that still spends the time and effort to build a 8 way hand tied sofa today also spends the time to make a sofa that is comfortable, stylish, and made to last.
Our showroom is always open to the public. But, if you would like to receive design assistance we prefer if you contact us in advance. So happy we found HomePlex, after literally months of searching the conventional furniture stores for the perfect sofa, we called in after a friends recommendation, so glad we did! Ashley spent hours with us on a number of visits to find the "perfect white sofas" for us. Full disclosure. We just ordered 2 couches and so do not have them yet. They are supposed to arrive in 8 to 10 weeks.
This place is different in a good way. Super helpful. The floor sample couches were immediately more comfortable than comparable priced elsewhere. Everything is custom but if you can afford to wait longer for what appears to be higher quality than this is the place to go. Custom is not important to me but quality is.
It is a very small store. They recommend you make a reservation for weekdays so they can go through everything with you. They hours are limited.

I am so impressed with this business from top to bottom, start to finish. We had been to furniture store after furniture store and couldn't find exactly what we were looking for until we went to home plex. We wound up buying the Ava couch and matching chair and the Nora slip cover chair. There were many choices with regard to wood finish and upholstery covering. We are so happy with how this turned out. The couch is extraordinarily comfortable, especially if you like to lay down and take a snooze. Everything made here in the USA, it's all good. Very friendly and helpful staff, and high quality furniture to choose from. You can customize the look and feel of your furniture, which is awesome, although do be aware it takes about 6 weeks for them to custom make your furniture, but delivery is free once it's ready. I never felt "pushed" into buying anything, either, which is something I hated about the big name furniture stores.

The service and care at HomePlex Furniture surpassed all other furniture retailers that we visited (and there were many!). My husband and I were indecisive and inexperienced when it came to purchasing couches for our new home, but Ashley was endlessly patient and contributed valuable insights, making this a positive, stress-free experience. Our couches were delivered sooner than expected and have made our living room space so much more beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to shop there again and highly recommend HomePlex Furniture!

We just moved into our new home in Westfield, IN this March. I started our new furniture search back in November. I walked into HomePlex Furniture (after visiting what felt like every furniture store on this side of town) and had nothing but a positive experience. The design help was awesome! The selections were endless. And the quality blew everything else out of the water! We received our furniture last week. It goes above and beyond our expectations. The quality is amazing. My furniture arrived last Friday and I am so pleased!! I want to thank Ashley for making my experience with Homeplex so enjoyable. The Martin sofa has been a dream of mine for over 4 years and I felt that Ashley truly shared my excitement with me the day I was finally able to purchase it along with a chair. She never minded when I stopped by to see the floor model and she helped me feel confident with the fabric choices.
