I had my popcorn removed and meet with several companies and decided to go with Lyke's. I am so happy I did they were amazing and did amazing work at a very reasonable amount. They also fixed a spot on my wall and added the "orange peel" at no extra charge. I would recommend them with no problems. My house looks so different!!

I'm an HVAC contractor. Sometimes accidents happen and we can fall through a ceiling into a living space. Every time this happens I call Lykes drywall.
Nobody can match the look and texture the way they can!
I've also seen their new construction work we we are on the same jobsite it is top notch. I recommend them to my friends and clients. I have never heard negative feedback in 10 years of recommendations.

One of the few companies who actually gave a quote quickly and followed up with me. He helped me get a licensed electrician to actually show up and complete work so they could do ceilings. The popcorn removal and knockdown added throughout house looks awesome. The drywall repair to wall and ceiling where soffits were removed that cabinets will cover are as neat and professional grade as the areas in the middle of the room. They kept all flooring clean even though I said its getting replace no need. their professionalism and quality is why I would recommend them.

We were doing some remodeling inside our home and needed a drywall company to hand and finish some drywall as well as patch a ceiling. After talking to several companies, we found it difficult to find one that could do it all. Lyke's Drywall can do just that. We showed them what we needed and they suggested that redoing the ceiling in the room was a better way to go. Wow were they right! It came out great!

I've had the pleasure of using Lyke's Drywall on 5 separate occasions over the last 10 years. I've had them take my old ugly popcorn ceilings and turn them into beautifully smooth masterpieces.
When I decided to turn my garage into a home office work space they removed the OSB, insulated the exterior walls and hung new drywall that looks great.

Lyke's went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with their work. I needed some ceiling repair work done as well as walls finished on a remodel we are doing and it turned out great. I even asked them to look at a couple small areas for their advice on how to go about fixing them and they just fixed it themselves. Great guys to work with. We tried another drywall company at first and they wouldn't even return our calls. Definitely worth giving them a call.

We contacted Lykes Drywall to replace our popcorn ceilings with knockdown throughout the entire home. From the first conversation and through the entire process, Tony was responsive, informative, and professional. We were given thorough information about the process, timely updates through the process (timeline adhered to) and were left with beautifully perfect new ceilings. We had some other minor concerns on our wall and Tony even attended to those. The price was very good (obtained more than one estimate) and we are highly satisfied and enthusiastically recommend Lykes Drywall.

Recently had our popcorn ceilings taken down and knockout put up. We were concerned about doing this because of horror stories. Well what a surprise we had when we returned to our home after 3 days! The ceilings looked great and our house was left so clean! So very happy with our ceilings! It has changed the look of our rooms. But happier with our clean house, after what could have been a mess! Tony was available and had everything ready to go on day 1 for popcorn removal and knockdown installation. However, they heavy duty stapled plastic sheets to wall which ruined parts of the drywall on the walls by leaving holes in the wall and tore up 2x2in portions of the drywall as well as pulled up paint around 70% of the staples. (The paint was 7 months old) The ceiling turned out like I asked. But because of hasty tape work, the knockdown ended up not only on the ceilings but on parts of the wall.
