Noland was great! I was having a dispute with my landlord on the actual sqft of the space I rent for my business as the lease came time for renewal and wanted to put the issue to bed with a professional laser measure and draft a floor plan. Noland was very competitively priced, professional, and quick to respond with any questions I had. Thanks to Noland and his team I found out that my space is actually 100sqft less than what I have been paying for the past four years. I've done a few jobs with Noland now, both personal and for real estate development. He is always professional and will get the job done. I had him do the drawings for my future home and also the existing drawings for a 10-home development project I'm working on. He has the tools to get it done in a timely fashion. Part of real estate development is many updates and changes on the fly. I've made him do many quick updates and changes, and he always comes through. Thanks Noland! After I've drawn a sketch of our dream home extension, I needed someone to help us plan and put our dream project into reality on paper. I was referred to Draftechi, Mr. Noland Magbaleta, who quickly understood our vision and was willing to provide the drawings and all leg work needed for Building Dept. approval. He took time explaining both our responsibilities and ensured us how our expectations will be fully met.

My family and I have been on the lookout for an architect for a while as we've been trying to convert our balcony to be an extra room to give my cousin as he's been growing and needs his own room apart from his parents... we came across DRAFTECHi, and their work was phenomenal. You could tell Noland and his team were very knowledgeable and experienced. The balcony didn't have much room to work with so I was afraid that things could've gone awry but that was no issue for them. Noland is a professional and smart guy. He came out right away on a Saturday to the job site and already had ideas and suggestions. Excellent communication and follow up. Very knowledgeable with zoning aspects and remedies for building challenges. I like the 3-D renderings/drawings.
