I would recommend A Gonzalez Appliance that is looking for a serious company with very professional uniformed Technicians they Fixed MY ELECTROLUX ice maker that two other companies ran away from. I left a voicemail on a Thursday evening and by Friday morning, Al had called me back and scheduled a house call for that same day.

Unfortunately I've had the necessity to call twice in the last 6 months, once fir my LG side by side (which I ultimately replaced), and once for my LG oven, which they repaired. They were fantastic. Super professional, on time, responsive, answered all my questions, respectful of wearing a mask and of my home, really nice guys too. It was easy to see how knowledgeable they are and they graciously shared that knowledge so I knew I could trust them. They would definitely be the ones I'd call if I need anything again.

This is an unprofessional company that is dishonest in its pricing and removes any negative google reviews. I was overcharged for a simple dryer repair and the charges inappropriately included travel and parking time. I was charged $235 for one hour of service not including parts. Contacted owner Al who was rude and condescending and aggressively talked over me the entire time. Recommend you use another service that treats people with respect and honesty. Shady company and owner.

Guy I spoke to was rude and had a bad attitude. They charge $100 just to come assess the issue with your appliance. A new dishwasher cost $400, how does it make sense to charge a client $100 simply to assess what is wrong with the appliance? Just booked an appointment with another company and they charge $60. This company is a rip off, stay away.

The technician was suppose to come at 8:30 am and never came. We called to ask what time the technician was coming. Angelica "the manager" answered the phone call. She said she called us but we never received a phone call. I asked her for the number she had in the system and it was INCORRECT. Then she says that I have the incorrect phone number. How the hell do I not know my own phone number?!?! She then says the call is breaking up changes the number in the system, calls me back on my ACTUAL number and now says," this is the number we had in the system." Lying and deceiving

Our dryer broke on the weekend and I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and the company calls about 20 minutes before the service technician arrives to let you know they're on their way. The service technician, Luis, arrived on time, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to repair. I wish all service in Miami was like this. I will definitely call again with any repair needs. Thank you!

I am only giving them one star because Yelp did not allow me to give them less. Went through these guys because the Home Depot warranty plan sent them to me after they had sent someone else. The repair man Scott seemed bothered that he had to check my machine while he was there. He was not very informative when I asked him questions about what was going to happen next. I got called by another company stating that A GONZALEZ was refusing to work in my machine because another company had tried to fix it before. They did not even give me the courtesy of calling me to tell me they would not be coming

Stay away! I opened a service request with GE because my dryer electrical machine was not turning it on at all, and my household is comprised of 6 people, so image the trouble we went through. According to GE, this company was responsible to repair the machine the day after between noon and 5pm. According to Gonzalez, they called us the next day and left a voice message stating they did not have my address right. So, around 1 pm on the day scheduled for them to come I called and they said they tried to "get in touch with me" the day before so I could provide the right address and that

Seems to be more interested in the $75 fee to "inspect" your appliance than fixing it.
Do not waste your time . Terrible service and wants to replace practically every part and piece in the appliance to charge you more or could be because they do not know what's really wrong with the appliance and they figure lets just replace it all and hope that fixes it.
