Zen Windows replaced two windows in our kitchen and a 12' sliding glass door in our living room. While there were considerable supply chain issues along the way, they were always gracious and proactive about keeping us informed as to the state of our order. I’m really happy with my new windows. The process was very easy because you can shop for windows online at their website and Zen provides a quote by email. There was no hassle or high pressure sales. It took me forever to decide how many windows and what type I wanted after I inquired. They give you as much time as you need to decide. The installers were very friendly and courteous and left my house clean of any dust or residue. The windows are high quality and look great!

Really pleased with our experience with Zen Windows. No sleazy sales people in your house - just a very simple online process. All of my questions were answered very quickly and I got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Our windows were just installed today. About 6 hours for 14 windows. The team did a great job installing them quickly and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently purchased windows from Andrew at Zen Windows for a second time. In 2018 we purchased 2 large picture windows for our living room and dining room, and a kitchen window. Prior to getting the windows from Zen, we could stand at the dining room window in the winter and feel the wind coming in.
We noticed a difference immediately, but especially noticed a difference this winter. Our thermostat is in our living room and that part of the house was considerably warmer. That's when we decided to do the rest of our house. This year we purchased an additional 6 windows from Andrew

I reached out to Zen Windows in April to get a quote for replacing the windows in my house. After speaking with Andrew a few moments, he was able to provide a written quote for replacing our windows with either double or triple pane windows. They were by far the most reasonable quote we received. Even better, Andrew wasn't pushy at all. He was friendly and informative. We received a discount for both Angies List and paying cash. It took about 7 weeks for the windows to arrive as they are made for your house after ordering them. They installed the windows shortly after receiving them

I found them on Groupon and I'm so glad I did! We had to delay the installation date because of a personal injury, and they were so accommodating and understanding! Andrew the owner also personally took time out of his busy schedule to come to our home and go over the trim colors since there was some order confusion.
