I received my order very quickly. I appreciate that. It was exactly as ordered. I love the squeegee--it works so easily and so well. I like that I can order refill squeegees if this one wears out. Not sure I'm going to wash windows THAT often, but it sure goes more quickly with my window cleaning kit from Ettore. I like the soap concentrate as well. No streaks. Great products.
