I had a great experience with NS Johnson! I talked to Mike on the phone in the morning, and he was able to send out Jake within 2 hours. Jake was able to help me get the water heater working, and he also fixed a leaky faucet.
While Jake was there, I had a washer and dryer dropped off. Jake was able to help me install the washer and the dryer as well.
Overall, I had a great experience with NS Johnson, and Jake was phenomenal!
10/10 recommend using these guys!

I contacted NSJohnson when my current HVAC company advised us our entire geothermal unit needed replaced after our sump pump failed. The quote for a new system was in our inbox within hours. After a lengthy discussion with my husband, we decided to get a second opinion. NS Johnson was prompt, courteous and very straight forward. They believed our nine year old system could be repaired and provided a quote that was fair and reasonable. They ordered the parts and had our system operating within two weeks. Honest, helpful, trustworthy. Called about my furnace they came out the same day. Jake was awesome explaining everything he was friendly and helpful. Very happy with their product, installation, & attention to detail. My old split died and contacted N.S. Johnson for a quote along with others. They were the best price for the product offered. Installer Jake was very detailed and conscious of my home and keeping everything clean. Also thoroughly went thru the workings of the unit, remote, and cleaning schedule. Appreciated all his help and will always use this company for my HVAC needs.

I had several AC companies come out to give me estimates. All were very nice and professional, but Nate had the most creative solutions and was not in the least off put by obstacles! The price was the best, the solution was impressive and top shelf and the workmanship was done with excellence. I am absolutely 100% I made the best choice in companies for installing AC for my home. Look no further if you are in need of an hvac contractor. My boiler sprung a leak and stopped working. The contractor I was using told me I needed to spend 10,000 dollars for a new boiler! Mike came out and informed me that all I needed was a simple maintenance. Saved me big time! These guys are honest, very knowledgeable, and true pros! I could not be happier!

Our heat went out and Jake stopped by to quickly discover the motor died. He drove to pick up the new motor and returned to install it. How's that for service? He was very knowledgeable and detailed to ensure everything was working properly. I would recommend again and again if you need anything done with your heating and cooling. 5 Stars!

I've been using N.S. Johnson for over 4 years already. They installed my air conditioning unit including duct work when I purchased my first house. They did a great job installing this in an older home. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They installed a new hot water heater for me in a rush when mine broke 2 years ago. They had a new one installed the next day. They installed a toe kick heater under my sink which really bumped up the heat in my kitchen. They are professional, on time, and always offer a solution at a great value. Highly recommended!

I hired NS JOHNSON to install a Climate Master Tranquility 30 geo system. I found their work to be very professional and very competitive. The installation was flawless. It took a day and a half to install, on completion of the first day they set up the system to heat my house over night, 30 degrees outside. They completed the install the next day with perfection. I highly recommend them.
