The Dominick Sleeper Sofa is a marvel in both functionality and design. Featuring Brazilian top-grain aged leather, the Dominick is both seductive to the eyes and soft to the touch. Open-welt stitching provides a one-of-a-kind aesthetic, while the wide arms and low profile backrest appeal to the modern enthusiast within.
The Studio A Cascade Chair juxtaposes decidedly masculine materials with a curvaceous feminine silhouette. Highly skilled Studio A Home artisans worked the iron into its dramatic shape and accented it with a rich leather or luxe hair-on-hide cushion, making the chair a remarkable statement piece. Available with Natural Muslin Cushion (not shown on photos) or with Dark Brown Saddle Buff Leather.
This exquisite cocktail table is like bringing the brilliance of the sun into a space. Honed hexagonal white marble is inlaid with 30 slices of polished brass, forming a shining sunburst design that is elegant and oh-so-sophisticated. It's truly a feat of daring craftsmanship. The six-leg base is smithed from iron and finished in an antique brass finish, with a silhouette that has a slightly Moroccan feel.
A streamlined brass frame and tufted leather upholstery make our Dakota Bench sculptural and practical all at the same time. Add this unique bench to a hallway, living room, or at the foot of a bed for an added statement. Instead of lending support at the four corners of the bench, Laforge's tapered legs have been repositioned to the middle of the bench's cushion sides.
The Abstract Block Cabinet is made of wood and covered in a metal sheet with a protective coating. It features a post modern geometric relief pattern. This simple, clean-lined console is an homage to the Belgian artisan Eddy Dankers, whose work in plaster has inspired a movement in design. The piece is wrapped in a soft, organic, undulating resin that evokes the qualities of gesso.

Gene and his crew just completed a complete down to the studs redesign and rebuild of our master bath. It now looks great and works perfectly. When we puzzled about some detail or other, Gene offered us options and helped us understand the advantages and disadvantages of each. Grats Decor is amazing. We needed an attic access door with dropdown ladder added to our house and were on a tight timeline as an air conditioning install was scheduled and we were running out of time to get access to the attic. I had contacted a few contractors who weren't interested in doing the work, likely because it was a smaller job. I decided to put a bid out through Yelp and Grats Decor responded immediately. I have done many remodel projects in my time, and I can truly say that working with Gene, Uri, and their crew has been a pleasure. It was a pleasure working with Gene and team. We had a small job to repair our bathroom after sewer damage remediation was completed. The work involved closing part of a drywall, reconstructing a cabinet, and placing a toilet.
Gene was able to offer a solution that we agreed on and got the work done in timely manner. He also found the solutions for the materials needed to reconstruct the bathroom back to being functional. One of his team actually found pieces of old tiles that matches our current bathroom tiles perfectly which is so much appreciated!

Grats Decor did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They were fairly priced and they were a pleasure to work with. They always made sure I was happy with the work and walked me through the process. A full kitchen remodel took about 6 weeks, which was incredibly fast. Gene and his team recently remodeled our master bedroom to create an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. They also remodeled a second bathroom in our house- pulling out everything and starting over. Gene and his team were extremely reliable, attentive, and skilled. In the past several months, Gene and Yuriy's team worked on a complete remodel of our condo in Burlingame (kitchen, bathrooms, living room, floor). I submitted a quotation request via Yelp and they reached out right away to set up an on-site inspection for estimation, free of charge. The morning of the on-site visit, Yuriy arrived on time and even brought shoe cover with him which is so thoughtful. Yuriy inspected my bathroom thoroughly. He brought a mold detector to check and see what needs to be done with the bathroom due to the mold issue. Grats Decor was professional, efficient, and fair. Workspaces were kept tidy at end of day which was appreciated as we did not move out. Gene is a problem-solver and was able to suggest options that combined design and function seamlessly within the constraints of our original construction. Background: I hired Grats Decor (GD) for a full house remodel (everything torn down to the bones and built up again) + new construction with large square foot addition both horizontally and vertically.
Pros:
* GD's quote was cheaper than 3 other General Contractor companies that I got quotes from. In fact, if you were to look closely into the contracts, some of them would skip on some essentials such as roofing and flooring labor since the cost of labor greatly depends upon what you want

If I we were able to leave a 6 star review we would. Our experience with Gene/Yuiry at Grats Decor wasn't just to our standards, but exceeded our expectations.
We did a full interior renovation of our home, moved the kitchen and added one full bathroom. I've had an experience using a general contractor before that resulted in the usual work order changes/ price increasing. One thing I'll say Grats decor sticks to is their "Original bid". They account for things such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc that other contractors won't include, but throw at you later
