$1000.00 in repairs over last 2 years, gate still not working.. Tech Tim came 5 times billed another $660.00 gate still not working. Now quoted $1260.00 to move solar panel! Tech Tim removed battery from inside unit and uplugged power to.circuit board. Office said Tim would call to explain we never heard back. We feel scammed and cheated as our 86 year old mother was left with gate to property wide open. Quality gate doesn't care!

Quality Gate installed our fence but more importantly installed and maintain our large front gate. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! Every Dec or so, I always get an annual maintenance inspection. These gates can break down if you don’t. Through the year, I see my neighbors have issues with their gates and I laugh!!! I never have had any issues with our gates. Even when the power goes off. Quality Gate is one step ahead of me. They always send me a reminder email when it gets close for my maintenance time. All I have to do is respond to the email, they come out and that’s it! Simple! It’s nice to have

I selected a 10 because John Campbell who booked the service call for Quality Gate Co. convinced me that they were an honest company who's goal was to get my gate working for the least amount of money and because Larry Murdoch who actually performed the work proved it. Larry took one look at the gate operator and recommended repairing the gate as opposed to replacing it saving me about $8000 which is what another company told me they wanted. Quality Gate Company just became my "go to" gate repair company. Thank you John for convincing me and a huge thank you to Larry for proving there are still

I had multiple quotes, but Quality Gate Co seemed to be the most professional and gave me the most sense of knowledge and comfort of knowing it would be done right. They repaired an old gate motor and installed exit loop, fixed a keypad, and other misc gate repairs. It looked very well done. I only deducted a star because the paint job on the gate was not great and didn't hold, but they did what they could to come to a reasonable resolution in the end as the gate rollers were a problem for the paint retention.

I believe that a company review is based on the moment a conversation begins to job completion if they are in fact hired. I can't even recommend this company for hire since my first interaction with the owner, Kim, what awful. Here's what happened:
I called yesterday morning about 8am to schedule an appointment for Our driveway gate repair. Our gate had completely come unhinged the day before and since it's a a rental property we needed it fixed right away.
