Frank, Jon and their crew (Phillip and others) were great to work with. Frank and Jon were very patient and helpful when we had questions or issues that needed to be addressed. Frank always suggested a workaround to fix the issue which we didn't anticipate. Their pricing was great and their work as well. Very responsive and Jon answered the call everytime. I never had to wait for long to get a reply from them. Their schedule was on time for the screen room installation and infact they expedited to meet our other planned work. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Colonial Construction from start to finish. The quote appointment went well, permit took estimated time given, construction started and was completed on time. Crew was… respectful and did a beautiful job. We absolutely love our new screened in area that included a roof addition and the screened pool area. Quality construction, cannot say enough about how much we love this and what a great company this is.

Excellent service!!! We had pavers put down and due to the weather, they we delayed slightly, but once the opportunity presented itself, they were at the house. I can’t find the words to describe the great quality of work and the professionalism displayed. After the work was completed, the guys did an outstanding job at cleaning up. You’d never know they had been here. I recommend them to anyone wanting quality work done at a very great price. Outstanding company!

They we’re on time, explained all details to me, very professional with them and their sub-contractors to this date.
All the workers were very thoughtful about my property and cleaned up as they went along..
I am now waiting to have screen enclosure installed then the electrical work.

Great work, great price, great people! After calling multiple companies to give us a price for screen room addition, Colonial were the only ones to have called back quickly. They were quick to respond , the price was excellent and the installation went smoothly.
We had a small issue a week later and they quickly sent out someone to take of the issue. Frank, Scott, Frankie and Miranda were excellent to deal with and I would recommend them for anytime.

After interviewing 5 contractors to construct an add-on to our existing screened porch along with a stone wall and walkway , we decided on Colonial Construction. At the time, we had no idea what a good decision we had made. Frank and Scott were very professional from our very first meeting through to completion of the project.
