I am the chief engineer at a Hilton property in Kennesaw and we had a sewer line suddenly start to leak in our laundry room at 10pm on a Friday night. I did my best to help my engineer stop the leak but it was more serious than I thought because it was cast iron and located above the ceiling in a bad spot. I came back in on Saturday morning call the few plumbers in the area and who could not help us until one of the girls and another company gave me the 1st Choice phone number. She said someone would be there within 30 minutes and I no sooner got off the phone then the plumber was in the lobby

Josh showed up within the time frame and went right to work. He was pleasant, friendly and kind. I had a sump pump replaced which Josh did in short order even after having to replace a faulty new pump. He explained the work to me as well as the way a pump functions! I enjoyed getting to know him and appreciated his excellent workmanship and professionalism. I'd use this company again in a heart beat!

Josh showed up, was incorrect about what needed to be done. My wife called me and I talked to Josh. He blamed the dispatcher for not being clear, I talked with him while he was in our basement, he then understood what needed to be done. As per my wife's report when I got home, he did NOT do more than 2 hours worth of actual work, spent less than $30 in parts and charged us $729 on invoice#15862, when I found out about it I was annoyed.

1st Choice saved the first weekend in my new house. It's a house from the 60's and of course, a pipe sheered off while trying to connect my washer on day one. 1st Choice got Cameron out to me on a Sunday in less than 24hrs and he was able to get things taken care of right away. I’ve used 1st Choice plumbing in the past, and they always provide excellent customer service but past weekend Josh went above and beyond to ensure that a very stubborn shower trimmings was installed correctly. And he did all of this coming behind another plumber that ghosted me once installed. Josh always showed up on time, explained what the issue was and went above and beyond to correct it including taking the time to purchase and pick up the parts that were need! Excellent customer service!

I can not say enough nice things about this company! Cameron and his team came to my house the same day I called about a clogged toilet. They were so professional and kind. They even stayed and took at look at my guest bathroom tub that doesn't drain properly. My experience with them from calling the office and speaking to Nikki, who was very nice and helpful to the job completion was awesome! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Cameron and team!

We needed a plumber urgently on a Saturday. After calling several plumbing companies who were unable to assist us, Superior Plumbing recommended us to use 1st Choice Plumbing. 1st Choice Plumbing was able to come out to our home within a few hours, giving us an immediate window of arrival time which was spot on. Patty was very knowledgeable on the phone about our specific issue, assuring us they were familiar with sump pumps. The men who arrived were also very knowledgeable and professional. We will be using 1st Choice Plumbing again.

I had Choice Plumbing come to repair the main supply line entering my home. They were quick, efficient and offered what I felt was a fair price. Fast forward a year and the same leak was back. This time I chose another vendor who did the job for even less and diagnosed the failure of repair as the connection between the line coming from the house to where it meets the city line. I called choice and requested reimbursement since their repair failed. The owner did call be back, was very understanding and communicative. He did deny any responsibility because they didnt repair the city supply line

Doing some work in the basement and needed rough in work for the bar sink. Several companies wanted to cut the slab and reposition the drain. Not an option I was comfortable with and not really necessary. Shawn came out and suggested a better option. Today Shawn returned and in a few hours completed the job based on his earlier recommendation. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, executed the install and cleaned up. Very professional and courteous. Will have them back out for the next phase of the project.

I learned of the backed up drain in my home when my feet skooshed into wet carpet on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Patty at 1st Choice Plumbing at 9 am and she scheduled me for 4 pm. Ok, so this is a follow up review of 1st choice plumbing. On my previous review, my main concern was that the information given to me about what the county can and cannot do was not, in my opinion, adequately explained to me. And also the price of the service was quite a shock. However, upon further investigation, the price given is comparable to other companys. This is given that it was an emergency service on a sunday. Simply put, there is nobody else I would trust with my plumbing needs. Heath and his team have done a huge amount of work in our home (new toilets, new showers, relocating our washer and dryer, plumbing our attic for a toilet, slab cutting in the basement for new drains, circ pumps, water heater and more). The few mistakes they made (and given the huge amount of work that was done) they have stepped up and fixed.

Total rip-off!!! They charged us $149 just to come out, then upon arrival quoted us an additional $352 to make a very minor inexpensive repair (we had already gotten all the parts). Ended up having the send them away and pay the service charge of $149 anyways. HORRIBLE! Got another plumber out the next day and he completed the repair for a grand total of $89 including service call charge. UNREAL. Don't get ripped off by this company!

A coupler in our water heater went out and had to have a plumber come out on Sunday. Understandable to pay somewhat extra for a Sunday but $350 for less than 10 minutes of work is completely out of line. The part was $20 which I'm sure was marked up. This is $33 per MINUTE! Get a second job before calling this company! Yes, they told us it would be that much but never said it was a couple of minutes worth of work. It would have still been $300 if we would have waited until Monday. This is a perfect example of taking advantage of people.

This was the worst plumbing experience I have ever had in my life. I had 2 issues , an outside fixture needed to be replaced, that was 288 dollars, kind of expensive , but I got a quote going in so no problem, my real issue was w my pump in the basement, they charged me $488 to look at it which may have taken a few hours at most. Then they told me I needed a new pump, sent me an invoice for almost $1,300 . I got a second opinion , another licensed plumber came in , fixed the float in less than 15 minutes as he was in the area and charged me $50. I spoke to president , told him I felt extremely

It was Easter Sunday, and we discovered that a pipe servicing an outside spigot had not survived the winter. (It was a weird incident involving a pressure washer and some lithium grease. We had water pouring out of the ceiling.) 1st Choice Plumbing wasted no time coming to the rescue. Two gentlemen arrived within the promised time, on Easter Sunday, diagnosed, and repaired the broken pipe. Pricing was explained up front. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They even checked the other exposed fixture before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

My hot water heater decided to die at 9PM one night. I called 15 plumbers before getting Patti on the phone who had the owner call me to calm me down and walk me through trying to light the pilot light. Heath was great and understanding. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could have been done...needed a new water heater, but I appreciate the kindness and patience staying with me on the phone and walking me through all this. Went above and beyond customer service and will definitely use 1st Choice for plumbing needs.
