I called Bunnara and they were out quickly to check out my stopped up dryer vent pipe. Very friendly and helpful professional service. Unfortunately they did find that the pipe up in the wall and out to the 2nd floor had come loose inside the wall. They were very fair with adjusting their service-call pricing since they could not fix the issue. I would def recommend them to everyone who needs dryer cleaning service.

Bunnara and his staff are excellent. Bunnara is knowledgeable and proactive. I had a bad situation here and he coached me through the fix. He showed me faults in my HVAC system and fixed those as well. I had a big problem with musty smell and very dirty ducts. Bunnara set me straight. Mr. Hoy came to my house a day after I called for a quote to have my air ducts replaced because of visible mold. He wrote a quote after accessing the necessary parts and labor, then I agreed to the work. The work started within a couple of weeks and wrapped up in two days. They did the work effectively and properly - you can tell no short cutting and will not try to oversell you on anything, but give you an honest answer on only things needed (saved me some money when I was looking to buy useless UV gadgets). I have a brand new washer dryer coming today and it occured to me that after 24 years, the dryer vent should be cleaned. I jumped on Yelp and called the first name that came up under dryer vent cleaning
He answered his phone on the second ring and he committed to comming out the next day( today) at 12 noon. Perfect since the new washer dryer show up at 1 pm.

Great service! Easy to contact for request for quote. Visited Monday to provide a quote for duct cleaning and was able to book the same week. Hadn't serviced vents since moving in 5 years ago. Bunnara Hoy showed up on time, explained everything that needed to be done and were respectful of covid precautions (all team members wore masks). Cleaning took less than 2 hours. Bunnara and his team have done a great job in my new house. Due to a family emergency, we were not in the house. This was the best experience I have had with any company I have found on google! Bunnara was very communicative during the whole process and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He made sure we knew what was going to happen and how long it would take. He did all that he said he was going to do and did not charge any extra. Bonnar arrived on-time, and they were incredibly professional. They inspected our vents, inspected the two A/C units. And then had one of the rarest of conversations we have ever had with a contractor: "you do not need to spend the money, your system is fine." We rarely see people with integrity in this day and age. I knew buying an older home meant I'd have to start doing major upgrades, which has been the case the past couple years. BUT.....I've been really frustrated with getting 2 new AC units and still felt like my house should feel way cooler, especially in a couple specific rooms. I even had a couple different AC companies come out, and they all said my ducting was in good shape (which I don't know how, they look really old to me), so I felt helpless and that it was an impossible thing I was asking help with.

We recently purchased a home and noticed that the previous owners did not take good care of their ventilation system by the state of the current filters. We just had Brunnara Hoy, his brother and sister come out and clean all our ducts including the dryer vent.
We were also having trouble getting proper air flow to the furthest bedrooms of the house.
He rehung all the vent tubes so the they didn't sag and are now hanging straight allowing more air movement. Also added larger and better insulated tubes to the far bedrooms along with adding adjustable air ducts.
We now have cleaner and better air flow throughout the house. (2600 sq. ft)

Originally sought out Bunnara to clean vents and dryer ducts. After inspection, we discovered that my duct work was from the late 70s, routed crazily, and doing a fabulous job of cooling the attic only because the critters thought it was delicious. Decided to replace the ductwork work but Bunnara went above and beyond by cleaning out EVERYTHING including the blower, returns, sanitizing the vents, dryer vents and more. Thorough clean up and vacuum of everything afterward.
