Our sink was clogged and we called the home warranty sent us a plumber who said we had to do major work on our pipes for an estimate of $ 8000
we called the Plumber of Tucson for another. He came very soon and after two days of work he unclogged the pipes and offered an innovative solution.
He was very courteous, he left his work area clean and the final price was very reasonable.

I decided to buy a water softener and wanted it installed. I checked with several other plumbers and none would install it without purchasing a unit from them. I came across Plumber of Tucson, called them and Don immediately called me back and quoted me a very fair price for just installation. Don suggested I look at a locally made unit before buying one. We had two major water line leaks in our home in less than two years with major water damage. The old water pipes installed in 2003 were the old Pex plastic that was used then. Plumber of Tucson recently helped me troubleshoot a slab leak. After walking through all the options, we decided a whole house re-pipe would be the most economical thing to do to ensure no future problems for my 60 year old house.

I had to update this because my water heater ultimately wasn't the problem. After the install, there was still water around the new one! I called Don back and he said Josh was nearby and he would send him back. He came back, and even though he had to jackhammer through a concrete wall, he diagnosed the true culprit, a broken kitchen/sewer trap pipeline that had been crushed by faulty construction. Unfortunately he didn't have the equipment to fix it, but he did replace my faulty water main shutoff valve, put everything back in order, clean up and promise he'd be back first thing

A few weeks ago, Plumber of Tucson installed a NuvoH2O water system for us, that we had purchased and were unable to install ourselves.
They were very polite and professional, got right to work and created a beautiful water flow system to access the main water line without tearing up the garage floor.
There were no extra tacked on costs. We highly recommend this company, and will definitely call Plumber of Tucson again, when we need a good and reliable plumber.

These guys are terrific!!! I had what I initially thought was a leaking water heater that was under manufacturer warranty. Another company came out and wanted to charge me a lot of ridiculous fees to put a replacement in. So I called Plumber of Tucson, and I’m SO glad I did! Don answered all my questions, explained all the charges and procedure, and let me know who the techs were that were coming out. Josh and Dillon did the install. It was done beautifully, and they cleaned everything up and left all the paperwork for me. I called them because I came home from work and water was leaking around

They installed a Phyn and a water softener system at my house. Getting a quote and scheduling and install was pretty easy and fast. Although they didn't make the appointment window because of an emergency, they did come later and stayed late to finish the job which I appreciated. They did a great job. The water in the house is noticeably softer.

The second time he installed my custom water filtering system that I recently purchased on the advice of another plumber. The other plumber, A.S.G. plumber, turned out not to have email, or accept credit cards. He was cash only and way overpriced. Plumber of Tucson came to my rescue. I was astonished how much lower he charged in regards of the quote I got from A.S.G. Plumber of Tucson

Out of four companies in Tucson that gave us answers that didn't make sense, Plumber of Tucson was the only company that told us what did make sense. They bid the job fairly - and cheaper than - the other companies. They also ran into issues they didn't cost for, and got it done without asking for more money. The people they sent were polite and knowledgeable, and clean up was better than when they got here. Everything has worked flawlessly since they finished. This is the only plumbing company in Tucson I'd have back.
