It has been a pleasure working with Ari at Baystone. The service has been above and beyond. She always takes the time to explain every little detail and questions we might have. We received an order with broken travertine (which is normal). She took care of us right away and had the replacements within 48hrs. The quality of the travertine for Extra Light was beyond beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful and durable tiles. They have great helpful and super nice staff including their store manager. I have visited their showroom various occasions on selecting our tiles so they were kind enough to be patient with our tiles selection and loaning us sample tiles whenever we needed. We purchased tiles from them for three bathrooms, entire house flooring and a fireplace. I will definitely come back for my further projects so thanks very much for helping us creating gorgeous designs in our home.

Great experience with Baystone Tile!!! Erika was so friendly and helpful!! She helped me chose the perfect tile for our home project. She also went above and beyond to help me secure the materials we needed. Baystone Tile has a huge selection of materials to chose from, and the flooring product is nicely displayed on the floor so you are able to get an idea of how the finished product looks. Everyone else we encountered was nice and friendly, also. I would definitely use this company again in the future for home projects.
