DESIGN+PLANNING offers several levels of service to owners or project principals. Christopher Blair is the principal and is a Massachusetts Licensed Construction Supervisor. I provide pre-design and design services for new construction, alterations, additions, and renovation in the residential market.
A design collaboration to achieve an excellent outcome for the client is one of my focuses. My deliverables are plans that are suitable for filing with the building department, obtaining estimates from contractors, and for construction of your project. The path to a finished project is complicated by the number and variety of participants.

Services
After living in our 1870 carriage house, for 2 years, we decided it was time to renovate. As an architect myself, I was looking for a local architect to partner with who had a solid understanding of old buildings, a practical knowledge of the local building community and Regulatory requirements and a design aesthetic that would complement my own in a collaborative way.
