The Maids talked on phone and to each other while working, they were not communicating to the company. Today was worst when the maids went to the end of the hallway of my building to talk to each other. They were loitering on the stairwell blocking the residence access to the stairs. They had their large equipment in the middle of the hallway blocking the residence from walking through the hallway and they had to walk around everything. I was washing my towels and had to the back to get downstairs to the laundry room. I watched the maids lounging on the stairwell talking like they had nothing to

It was my first time using Oranges and Lemons as I was looking for a DTLA company in hopes of supporting local businesses. Needed a move-out cleaning which I consider an overwhelming task. The cleaning team was quick and it was obvious they were professionals. I don't think I could clean even half as good as they did. The quality of the work was great and all details were attended to without asking. Will definitely use them again for routine cleaning of our new place.

I've found there can be a lot of unpredictability with cleaning companies and cleaners, but they have provided a consistant, professional cleaning EVERY TIME. They also are flexible and very communicative. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They send a set of 2 for the team and they will clean and make your house sparkle! I forgot who the first 2 initial ladies were dispatched to my house but I loved them! Very professional and they get the job done! I recommend this company to anyone!

Also known as DTLA Clean - this service was great when I first started using them in 2017. They had a special where you could just have your bathroom and kitchen cleaned at a really economical price ($50). In just a couple of years (2019/2020), they've gone up DRASTICALLY in pricing and no longer offer the bathroom and kitchen special that they once had. Its now a by the hour pricing.
They're ok when it comes to the cleaning (with a few misses here and there). I've had items broken and things such as the top of the refrigerator not wiped down, but the true downside is, the workers

I needed a last minute deep cleaning as I had been putting me cleaning list on the back burner for some time. The next morning the team was here on time and worked to make our apartment spotless. I love a clean stove tub and the tub was sparkling clean! They got the nooks and crannies I have been itching to get to but just didn't have the time. I'm super happy with the results and will likely call them again so that we can spend more time enjoying the weekend and less time cleaning. Worth every penny!

We really enjoy our bi-weekly office cleans by Oranges & Lemons. Espi and Melissa are such a great duo. They get the office clean so fast and do such an amazing job. I had this company clean my high rise unit during my move out a few days ago. They stole from me. Had a brand new bottle of Dom my girlfriend gave me for my birthday (still in the gift box), which they took without asking. They also immediately asked for more time on the clock after only being there 20 minutes saying they couldn't complete the job in the allotted time. I pushed back saying they should be able to complete the job in 2 hours (normal cleaner does it in 2 hours and they had two people. Owner non responsive after stating his crew stole from my house. Would not recommend using this

EXCELLENT! I can not say enough good things about Oranges & Lemons. I have been using them for 2.5 years now and they go above and beyond every time. Today they cleaned by disgusting, filthy balcony and made it spotless. I didn't think it could be time. Not to mention how wonderful their customer service is. I am a huge fan and would recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, responsible, and hardworking cleaners.

They only offer service in DTLA area - I booked a service because the map indicated that I was within their service area, but my reservation got cancelled by them, because I live near Chinatown - the owner says all their workers walk to their clients, so they can't serve areas outside the DTLA even if you are in the same area code.
It would've been nice if they were more clear about the areas they serve, so the clients don't waste their time going through the hoops.

My mom and I were looking everywhere for a maid and then we stumbled upon this incredible company. I've never had such a fast and clean experience with anyone else. My house was honestly a huge mess and we had stains everyone and Oranges & Lemons has been the best thing to happen to us. Our home has never looked better. I own a business in DTLA and called this company which is the only company who had same day availability and I see why...HORRIBLE a 3 year old can clean better than this!!!
This was a move in cleaning so keep in mind I have not lived in the space so they just came to freshen things up.
This company does not use professional products, the products they use you can get from Walmart or any local corner store.
Streaks were left on all my windows because of these dirty microfiber towels that looked like they were used on plenty of other thing other than windows. My floor

Your service truly did exceed my expectations. When your crew arrived, one of the team members told me that my loft would "sparkle" when they left and sparkle it did!
