OliverSperry Renovation was founded in 2007 by veteran builders Bill Oliver and Todd Sperry, because they believed that commercial renovation projects deserved to be treated as a specialized sector, instead of just a way to keep employees busy between new construction projects. Most contractors are generalists by nature, ready to tackle projects of all sizes, skill levels and budgets. OliverSperry Renovation, however, is not most contractors. We focus on a narrow slice of the construction pie, concentrating almost exclusively on commercial interior and exterior renovation services, including additions to existing space.

From complex, large-scale construction projects, such as Church facilities, to smaller, precision-needed healthcare institutions, we use industry best practices to plan, manage, and construct first-class government, municipal, and medical buildings. OliverSperry has completed institutional facilities throughout the private and public sectors including schools, churches, historic renovations and various municipal buildings.

This is one Great Company! I had the pleasure of training the wonderful employees here CPR which not only spoke volumes of the company's owners to provide the life saving skills needed in case of an incident but to witness the upbeat, positive and mutual respect amongst them all just made my day!
