Kev & Sons completed a 2 car garage, a mud room, and a sunroom for us at our new mobile home. We couldn’t have been any happier with every aspect of their work. They were very prompt and began the job the day after our mobile home was on site. Despite incredibly hot, humid weather, they were here just about every day. Kevin and his crew are wonderful! They are all very friendly, respectful, and very competent. Everything was cleaned up and neatly put away at the end of each day. First, Kevin has no idea that I am writing this. I moved to Me with my family in August 2020. We found a home and the kitchen was not what we wanted for a family of 10. Finding a contractor that would help us was difficult and finding a contractor that was reasonably priced was difficult. Our requests were not small... needed to knock down some walls, rip up old flooring, run new electrical, move plumbing, install venting for a hood, gas lines... the list is long. Kevin and his amazing group of guys (I love them all) completed this is THREE weeks. The project came out better that expected. Happy

We hired Kev & sons to tear down and rebuild our exterior staircase to our 3 unit in Old Orchard Beach. We have never been so impressed and happy with any other contractor like we are with Kev. We retained Kev and Sons Construction to address exterior balcony issues. I contacted Kevin by email/phone on Saturday afternoon and he called back within an hour - met on Sunday morning and he was onsite with a crew on Tuesday in response to my requirement to get the work done ASAP - Responsive and impressive to say the least and that was just the beginning.
We had to deal with significant structural and waterproofing issues related to the balcony failure. All through the project, Kevin kept me informed on progress, issues identified and solutions available. He was great at responding to my questions

Kev & Sons did our deck in Sanford they were on time and finished in a record time. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism kev and his crew did a great job. During the job my neighbor was watching and was also taken by how excellent work they do that he hired them to do his deck. I would highly recommend Kev & Sons Construction to do work on your house. What an outstanding deck thank you guys we use it everyday now.
