Terrible experience. Do not use this company. The worker did a hasty job, then the drain was clogged again within weeks. Owner said he would not fix, said he would give me money back to "shut me up." Then never sent money and refused to stand behind shoddy work.

As a property management company we have been doing bushiness with Vortex for years. for the most most part we have been satisfied with there work only having to call them back on a couple of occasions. the way the owner spoke to my son today however has me questioning the level of professionalism that can be expected from Vortex. we fear that even if they may be a cheap option it may be better to go with another option for drain cleaning in the future. we are now concerned with the cost of possible ramifications from such unprofessional conduct outweighing any amount of savings in the long run

My house was flooding with sewage for 3 days. I called another company and they did absolutely nothing to fix it, they just said they would need to rip out all my pipes and charge me a total of $9000........I called Vortex and told them, they sent someone out and he had it fixed in UNDER AN HOUR for nowhere near that price. Literal life savers. I can not recommend them enough. I will forever use this company if I need any work done.

I call them to set up appointment to have them come to fix my drain problem, but were so rude and it nade me feel I call the wrong place. You should understand we customers should be treated with respect and not act like know everything you are not plumber and you have no phone skills. Think about being kind and understanding instead of trying get me off the phone

So....to say I had a plumbing emergency this weekend is an understatement. Vortex was recommended to me by a friend- So I called at 0806 this morning. The guy on the phone said he would try to work me into the schedule around lunch time. At 3pm, with out a follow up call, I called back to see what the deal was (given my recent experience with terrible contractors). Come to find out, the guy I spoke to was involved in a car accident on his way into work and was never able to put me on the schedule.
