We're very pleased with our experience with Brad and Florida Blinds. I reached out to several companies for quotes. One never called me back despite me leaving them another voicemail, one said they'd get back to me about scheduling and never did, but Brad was very responsive and even scheduled a very early morning appointment on a weekend to accommodate our busy schedule post move in.

We took our time choosing a company to install our window treatments. I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure it could be done. After carefully choosing Florida blinds over several other companies, I'm happy to say that this was by far one of the best choices I have made this entire year. I would highly recommend Florida Blinds ... the level of service along with their flexibility is outstanding. We were building a home in Winter Garden and had a few delays which made our closing date adjust more than twice. Brad & team accommodated our set back and on the day of our closing installed over 30 blinds. The work was superior and they ensured all blinds were in working order. In addition we have wood flooring & they took special consideration not to harm the flooring with their ladders. After reading the reviews I called and was able to set up an appointment at a convenient time. Brad came out, measured, gave the quote and in less than a week my new blinds were installed. I chose this company based on the good reviews. I left a message through yelp and got a response immediately. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 1. He called to say he was on his way. Then texted me after he arrived in my neighborhood saying he had an emergency, had to leave and would call to reschedule. Never heard a word back from him. I'm not sure why he chose not to call back to reschedule, especially since I noticed the good review from someone else 2 days ago.

It's been over 2 months since Brad installed our roll down blinds for our large slider door. We were beyond impressed with Brad's company -- the time he took and attention to detail separated him from everyone else.

Florida Blinds was AWESOME and treated me so well. I requested a quote early on a Saturday morning and received a call back within a few hours. I kept missing the owner when he called, so I eventually gave up phone tag and texted him to see if we could just schedule a consultation. He was able to come out on Tuesday, and when I expressed that I wanted an install asap, he called to have my job pushed up on the priority list. He told me they could get them done on Friday.
