DO NOT USE!! This company never delivered to my location even after several attempts to call them day of delivery for ETA they never called back. To make matters worse I have called several time and only get their answering machine an no call back. They keep charging me for a dumpster that we never received. I have no option but to take this to the BBB and file fraudulent claims against their charges.

I hope the owner is reading the reviews. The manager Melissa is very unprofessional. We ordered one dumpster for $587. When I reviewed our account, I noticed that Bargain Dumpster Overcharged the account not one but several times. Bring the total over $4,000. Called to try to talk with someone but Melissa (manager) doesn't understand the money needs to be returned in the next 24 hours because we budget each job site accordingly with the down payment. My main issue with this service is that required contracts should be reviewed and signed before accepting payments or delivering the container. I was told over the phone that certain items would be acceptable such as an oven, small broken appliances and bags of recyclable food containers with residue that were not clean enough for the recycling center. After accepting the payment, I was sent a contract that listed appliances and food containers as forbidden with large fines per item. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! In fact, the worst company I've ever dealt with, bar none! They care nothing about their customers. Do not use them unless you wish be lied to repeatedly and wish to pay for damages to your property that are surely to be incurred.

Dont bother using them. Once I scheduled my dumpster, they charged me right way, the dumpster showed up a week later than the agreed upon time, no one bothered to notify me; every time I called I got fed excuses. Same experience with the pickups and hidden fees If the deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is -- learn from my mistake
