Invictus was hired to service our strata development but were MIA on most snowfall days leaving residents to fend for themselves, some of whom had problems negotiating the slippery, snow covered walkways. Overall, an unreliable service that may or may not be there when you need them.

Do not work as a contractor for this company. They will make a bunch of promises about a higher hourly wage once you buy there equipment. Than it all changes once you have purchased said equipment. The first year we borrowed equipment and we were payed 100 dollars per hour. We were promised 150 if we were to buy there equipment. Then the guy we made a deal with was fired and everything changed. It went from 150 an hour for plows and quads then 130 for plows 120 for quads..... than after they fired the guy we were dealing with it dropped all they way back down 100!!!!!! Why the heck would we have
