First let me say that I called Silicon Valley Comfort because I had a previous excellent experience with them when my AC was broken. From that time on, I knew I would be calling them for all of my HVAC issues. This time I thought I had a problem with my furnace as I was having a burning smell in my kitchen when it was blowing heat. John took apart the furnace but could not find anything wrong and he said it was in good working order and surprisingly clean. John & Nina provided excellent service and were the only HVAC company out of the 8 I called in the San Jose area that were able to come same day to fix my AC unit after hours on a hot weekend. Most companies probably would have just swapped the capacitor and left. They were professional and went above and beyond the traditional AC repair. John performed a complete high tech analysis of my system and provided recommendations to improve my HVAC system at no extra cost. Great value and great service, highly recommend for anyone in SJ.

Everyone with this company is beyond professional and kind. Not only were they genuinely caring about our issue, but they were prompt and kept an open line of communication the whole time. The reliability alone is enough for 5 stars but man, they went above and beyond. Jonathan, our repair technician was so helpful and ensured everything was fixed and took the time to get our A/C back up and running. If I could give more stars, I would.. highly recommend!

I called a few places that had good google and yelp reviews. However, this company was the only one that got to me within a few hrs. Other places did not pick up nor did they return the phone call within the same business day. As the services I received was not a 1 day job, it was very comforting that either John or Nina was accessible and responded to texts or phone calls within the hour.

Wonderful experience again!! Thank you so much! Last year, I moved into my new home and found our AC not working. They told me i the unit needed replacing...they also suggested a possible warranty (my 1st home). They didn't want to cancel the existing warranty....so they gave me a loaner ac to use until I was able to get repairs done. Saved my friend and my 2 small pets from baking.

During a heat wave my AC went out when we needed it the most, contacted several other companies that would not even answer their phone. Silicon Valley Comfort answered and came over as soon as they could to repair my AC. John and Nina showed up to my house and within 30-45 minutes the AC was good if not better than new. They will now be the folks who service our heating and AC units. Honest, professional, and quick with no price gouging. Just imagine that in the this valley !!!
