Cheryl was amazing ! Communication was easy and she was quick to respond. Checked our full home explained the process ect. She was also very friendly and accommodating great with our little toddler who was running around along with our big Shepard. I would highly recommended Mold Busters quick and easy to work with !!

Cheryl was a lifesaver. Our tenant was having a severe reaction to mold, and we needed to get the problem diagnosed and treated quickly. Cheryl fit us in, diagnosed our problem quickly, and gave us excellent referrals to get the mold abatement done quickly (thank god it wasn't black mold!). She then returned to confirm the job was done appropriately, and rushed the samples in for us after a change of (our) plans.

She was always professional, upbeat, and full of information. As a microbiologist, she knows what she is talking about! I'd hire her again in an instant, but sadly really

I'm so happy that I reached out to Mold Busters! Cheryl was professional and responsive from the first time I messaged via yelp! My schedule was tight at the time so I really appreciate Cheryl for squeezing me in. On the date of inspection, Cheryl inspected my home, addressed all of my concerns, and provided recommendation to reduced moisture/mold growth in my unit. I am the farthest thing from home savvy, though I am charged with managing my family home. Members of my family were concerned about mold, so who ya gonna call? Mold Busters! Cheryl showed up, but without Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd. Nevertheless, she did a thorough job all by herself - doing all the tests and exploring every nook and cranny. Fortunately, the results were that I did not have a mold problem, and now the concerned members of my family are greatly relieved. Cheryl also pointed out suggested things I should do, like have my ducts and vents cleaned, etc. and provided me with a helpful list of referrals.

Cheryl and her team did some mold remediation for us 10 years ago. We were very happy with Cheryl and her team. They did a great job, and Cheryl is a great communicator. What a crazy time to find out you have mold during this whole Coronavirus / lockdown situation!!!

Last week we had new windows installed in the in-law apartment area of my moms house and when we pulled back the furniture from the wall it exposed this really bad moldy area (see photos) on the carpet. Not only did the mold eat up the carpet to the backing but it also had a bad smell.
