Technician was friendly and worked fast. Carpets came out looking great. Paid extra $100 for pet package but urine smell is still present.

The guys at Eco Clean have been out a few times the last couple of years, and it's always a great experience! Terrell was here today to clean our carpet and also did a great job removing stains in the middle row of our mini van and front row of our RV! Highly recommend this company! Easy to set up an appointment online, they send email and text reminders!

Professional, excellent work, and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Technician was polite and stayed masked from start to finish. I am vaccinated but sometimes it's better that the people in my house just err on the side of caution without the weirdness that can get in the way these days. Totally affordable and I can't imagine how they could have done any better at any price!

Very impressed with how clean my carpets are now and my home smells wonderful. Tyrone did an outstanding job!
The only issue was that I was not aware they don't move small pieces of furniture and they don't place blocks under them to dry, some other places have done that. We made it work.

This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and it was great! I will never buy a home carpet cleaner now that I see how quick and cost effective it is to use Eco Clean. One hour and $149 and my whole house was done! Wow. I'll never do carpet cleaning myself again. And my carpet got so much cleaner than when I've a carpet cleaner on my own. I used Eco through a Groupon coupon and couldn't have been happier. Paul was extremely careful around all my furniture and other special items and did a great job. I highly recommend them and their regular price is very reasonable.

I booked EcoSteam to clean carpets in 2 bedrooms and one bath. They were supposed to arrive between 3-5pm. It was after 5pm when the employee arrived. He came into my house and looked over the job. I was quoted $79.00 on the phone earlier that day. However, this very rude young man, said he needed to use a special shampoo and it would cost me $250! What? He also asked over and over and over if I wanted my stairs cleaned. I said, no thank you, not today. He kept asking. He then said he had to go to the store to buy something for his machine and would be only 5-10 minutes and then NEVER

DON"T Give them your business! Awful Service! Awful customer service! Awful business. IT'S A SCAM! They were supposed to do a CLEAN DEEP and before the guy even left my house the carpet was EXACTLY the same way. Dirty and Dry. I called the office and they requested that I send them photos. I did. I even sent them video. The owner, Robert, called me after two hours and started to accuse me, saying it is my fault that my carpet has washable markers and dark stains, and that it wasn't their fault. CAN YOU IMAGINE? Eco Carpet Clean came when they were supposed to and called before they were arriving. The groupon price was very low for the basic cleaning. I would recommending spending a bit more if you need heavy deep cleaning. Both Kira and Alan were very pleasant and efficient. We had some pretty bad water stains that came clean. The smell was pleasant and fresh after they finished.

It's huge and wasn't there before. I bought some cleaner from Amazon, Very unhappy now I know for a fact I could have done a better job with a rental from Safeway.

Update: This is very important. The method of "stream" they used, left water on all my wood tables, everywhere. It took over 2 full days for the carpets to dry, 3 days later, still damp in spots. Long story, but it ruined my iphone, salt crystals from a lamp on a table that got soaking wet due to the excess water in the air- had my iphone on it, Charging port clogged and ruined phone! also warped my wood

The Eco Carpet Clean team showed up on time and called me in advance to let me know that they were on their way. After a quick walkthrough of the space they were ready to go and they were very friendly. I am thankful that they were able to help me and I would definitely recommend them!

Update- I Disputed the charge and they claim that they clean my carpet. Now I have to provide the receipt and appeal letter that shows I got my carpet cleaned by someone else.

I just had carpet cleaning done by Eco Carpet cleaning today. Max and Lina came on time for the appointment. I chose deep cleaning as there were a lot of stains and we haven't done carpet cleaning for months. I was sitting on sofa while they did the cleaning. They used pretty good cleaning solution that I don't smell anything bad. My carpet looks much
cleaner now.

Eco Carpet Clean did a good job. They removed all of the spots and stains from the carpet. The carpet looks and feels brand new. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I'm happy with the results.

They incentivize you with extra carpet cleaner, which is a joke, to post a good yelp review which is kind of shady and unprofessional.

We got their promotion off of groupon which made us a little hesitant thinking the quality of work/ outcome wouldn't come out as if we made a direct contact with a big named carpet cleaners. Our expectations where surpassed by how efficient, professional, and dog friendly they where. We wanted to boost our package so they made add ons right on the spot without having to cancel. They're so great we even left the house to go to the bank while they worked and 30min later they where more than half way done. I have two big dogs who make my house a mess but after they got done it looked like

I just moved into a new apartment in the city. There were all sorts of stains from previous renters. I found Eco Carpet Clean on Groupon, called on a Monday and made an appointment for Friday.

Max & Lena called 15 minutes before they arrived within the time slot I was given. They were super nice and explained the process and answered all my questions. I paid an additional amount to have the carpet deeply shampooed and deodorized and I couldn't have made a better choice. My carpet smells new and clean! Couldn't be happier with the job and their excellent customer service.

I bought an Amazon deal... of corse..that's probably why you are looking these guys up. I moved all my furniture around on the day they were supposed to come. It was raining and I got a call an hour into my appointment time that they don't clean carpets when it rains. Ok, so we rescheduled for the next week. Moved all the furniture back and forth twice...
The next week they came and told me that the Amazon deal I bought wouldn't really clean the carpets well enough- realistically they sell you the deal to come to your house, then want to charge you another couple hundred dollars

I booked an appointment after purchasing their Groupon deal. I booked 2+ weeks in advance and called to confirm the next day.

The technician ran late the day of, arriving at 11am due to car trouble, of which I was informed after two calls to their office. The service, however, improved after this. Both technicians were friendly, my carpet looks amazing, and to compensate for the late start time, I was extended a discount for the extra cleaning required (pets & all).
