Have to say excellent service from start to finish. I’m from the UK but spend many months in the New York at a time, and on my last trip returned to find the apartment above had been leaking water and the ceiling was cracked and yellow, naturally I freaked out! I calmed down after calling, the service desk assured me they could take care of everything and boy I wasn’t disappointed!
