The Soto is Texas' first mass-timber office building, a model for sustainable design and construction that has proven its strength in Europe, Canada and Australia, and more recently, the United States. The Soto anchors the Cavender Neighborhood, a mixed-use development that will offer a full complement of restaurants, retail, and entertainment designed for the modern workforce and nearby residents.

The Soto is a 21st Century workplace for businesses focused on recruiting and retaining today's top talent. BOKA Powell designed, documented, and performed construction administration services for Southwest Airlines' new flight training center at the carrier's Dallas Love Field headquarters.

Home to Southwest's Leadership Education and Aircrew Development (LEAD) Center, the $104M flight training center project accommodates 18 state-of-the-art, $13M CAE Boeing 737 Flight Simulators in 379,603 SF.Extensive flight training and instructional space is located on the fourth floor above the simulator gallery.

Dallas, Texas/142,000 square feet Dallas-based developer KDC has teamed with Invesco to leverage an underutilized site in the heart of Dallas' Uptown district with a new 11-story Class A office tower on McKinney Avenue.
