This was a seven day project and and each day's details were carefully spelled out such that the end result was an amazing restoration of Saturnia stone floors in a large expanse of our home.
The workers were polite, diligent, neat, and cleaned up their work each day. The cost was reasonable. I certainly would highly recommend them. AA&J and Frederick are one of the best service providers I have ever worked with. Frederick is a consummate professional.

I typically do not write online reviews, but wanted to leave a review for AA&J Floor Care because of their exemplary service. I initially decided to reach out to AA&J Floor Care because of the tremendous reviews they have. During my first phone call, the owner of the business Frederick asked me if I knew anything about floors. From the beginning this was one of the most easy and satisfying projects we've taken on when redoing our condo. Frederick and his team were friendly and professional and left me an absolutely stunning tile floor. I didn't really know what to expect or have any idea how much it would transform our condo! You think you can just live with dull unfinished floors because for me, I didn't know any better. I do now! We have roughly 1250 sq ft and it took his team about 3 days to finish. We have old Mexican ceramic tiles inside our apartment and outside on the balconies. Over the past 10+ years Frederick and his team have taken excellent care of our floors. They are always punctual, professional, efficient, and do a fantastic job. It is clear Frederick knows his stuff and loves what he does. I wouldn't trust our floors with anyone else.

Frederick and his team restored the limestone floors that are laid throughout my entire house. They worked with me when it was discovered that the installation was done incorrectly and causing some moisture to penetrate the stone. I could not have asked for a more helpful or professional experience. His staff were equally professional as they all arrived together at my house every morning (with Frederick), they laid out the plan for the day, and then Frederick left them to it. BEST DECISION TO HIRE AA&J!!!! We hired Fredrick to refinish the marble on the entire main floor of our house prior to moving in. The floors were amazing, with one minor problem of staining in our kitchen...4 big brown spots. *** Please note - the stains were not the fault of AA&J but a common problem with marble floors*** Frederick asked me to trust him, and that by repeatedly poulticing the spots with hydrogen peroxide, the stains would eventually fade. Took care of the hoops in the administrative office of my building, they cleaned up nicely at the end of the day, and the end result was a beautiful polish on my stone floor.

AA&J Floor Service polished the marble walls and floor in my bathroom which after years of neglect were in really bad shape. Frederick is amazing-so patient and concerned with pleasing his customers.

Frederick and his team gave an accurate quote, finished the job a day early and the results were outstanding. He was always on time to survey the project and met all timelines. Frederick is a man of his word, delivering the upmost professional work as especifically writen in his estimate & as a matter of fact beyond of the scope of work. I am a perfectionist and Frederick as well as his crew exceeded my expections. The scope of the work contracted was big, as i never done the floors for 8 years and they did it 7.5 days including sunday to meet my deadline! The best of all was that the resurface was done while I was in Indonesia (on the other side of the world). I arrive the day of completion and WOW jaw dropping surprise! I highly recommend it!!!!

After buying a house with dull & etched marble throughout the first floor, I contacted Frederick late on a Saturday morning and he agreed to meet me at the house within a couple of hours of my call. I was making espresso in a little Italian coffee maker when it exploded all over my newly installed white tile and grout. Immediately I wiped it down, but the grout was stained; tried goggling it and nothing yield any improvements. I called Frederick of Floor Care Miami and he explained that he had a method that would either miraculously remove the stain or not work at all. My travertine stone floors were not in very good condition--they were dirty, no sheen, and I had tried everything to make them look better. Additionally i have Spanish tile in another room and that too was not in good condition. From start to finish everything was top-notch. Frederick explained the process, product, and time frame for the job. True to his word, the work was completed in two days. I was thrilled with the results.
