These guys are great! Took care of a clogged external septic system pipe, that was preventing water usage in our house. Jacob provided great service, professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order. Much appreciated. Telephone Staff we're super responsive and nice. They won me over as a new customer. Sewage line clogged and backed up to all downstairs bathrooms of my house. After hiking around the neighborhood in deep snow to ask my neighbors if it was affecting them, I found it it was just our house. Called and spoke to Brian who really went the extra mile to make sure I could get help for my house. It's been two days and the backup seems to have been resolved... Hopefully I'm not jinxing that by writing this! 🤪

We just bought and moved in this house. Sewer lines in dwelling were fine. It was frozen out in the main road. I suggest not to buy a house in the middle of winter. But if you do (like us), AK Sewer & Drain will answer and come to the rescue, even sooner than expected. Quyana, we are extremely happy for their service. Ask for Jacob the plumber, he's great!

These guys are really great. I called them with what could’ve potentially been a huge issue and they responded professionally and had the knowledge to keep me calm. They showed up within the specified window and immediately got to work on the problem.
