We used McCloud windows to replace 9 of the original windows in our house. Our overall experience with the company was excellent. The sales representative was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure to buy right away. The installation of the windows was done in two days. The individual who installed the windows was great to work with and made the process very easy. He did a great job on the installation. Overall the windows are a vast improvement over our old ones. McCloud Windows did a great job... installed 20 windows in 2 days. They added insulation around the windows and sealed everything inside and out. Nice people, no hard sell or obnoxious commercials. Windows that lock, both top and bottom go up and down with ease and built-in screens. Very happy.

Everyone I met from McCloud Windows was very professional from start to finish. They even installed my windows earlier than expected as they had a last minute cancellation and called me to try and get it done early. the installers were efficient and very nice. I am not one easily impressed. I am writing this review, because this company blew me away.
So, this young woman comes to our house wanting to talk windows. Wants to set up a meeting and says absolutely no pressure. Yeah. Heard that one before, but the offer was intriguing so I said OK. I initially had to cancel the appointment (my misunderstanding with my wife), dreaded the call. But, to my utter amazement, the response was, "OK. We'll note that. Thank you." Then they hung up. I was stunned. Zero pressure to reschedule or anything. Just like the young woman said.

My husband and I were very pleased with McCloud Windows. The sales person was extremely knowledgable in the background and features of the windows. They are good quality windows and she was able to explain all of the features and recommend what we needed to get. Installation was done within two days and was done quickly. McCloud Windows did everything they said they would do. I am enjoying my triple pane windows. I got a clear view of my yard and the insulating factor seems to help keep warm in my all electric house.
Catherine was honest, straightforward and setup the whole dynamics of the 9 window transition.

Great windows! Installers were timely, polite, efficient, and respectful of our space. Product is wonderful. We got triple pane windows for the back of our house because were against a busy road, and made a huge difference with sound. Had one small issue with opening up window within the first week and someone was out within a day to get it corrected.
