Absolutely amazing service if we could rate 10 we would! Me and my husband reached out to Superb Locksmith (they answered immediately btw) to change several locks and scheduled a service for Saturday early morning. The person on the phone was extremely polite and nice and booked us for the preferred day. On Saturday his worker called in sick and instead of cancelling or rescheduling us the owner showed up himself on time to perform the job himself! We brought our own locks (and we mentioned upon booking that we would be bringing our own locks) however one lock had a defect when we opened the packaging

I was stuck, locked out of my car on a one-way street, and randomly called superb locksmith because they showed up as the closest on Google maps to where I was stuck. After getting him the address, Raffi the locksmith arrived very promptly, and with a few implements that resembled blood pressure cuffs, got the door opened in no time at all!
We pulled out of traffic, took care of payment, and he said, with a grin, "Thanks, and I hope you won't need my services again!" To which I responded, "If I do, or someone I know does, I know who to recommend!"
He even gave me a discount

Superb Locksmith was great! I submitted a quote and they were the first to respond. Came out the very same day to do an assessment. Of all the locksmiths, they were the most affordable. Very professional and nice. Raffi was great. He took the time to explain the new security system they installed for me, worked efficiently and everything was done in a timely and superb manner. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith. They're excellent!
