Building with Universal Design Features in mind can be great for Aging-in-Place and also general Inclusive Design. With a wide door frame and no barrier or transition, this custom tile shower is easy to get into and out of for a wide range of people, including those with limited-mobility and individuals using wheelchairs or wheelchair-users.
Paragon Building Group is Delighted to be Building and Designing our 2021 Southern Living Showcase Home. As a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder program, we are building a 2021 Southern Living Showcase Home in Riverstone Estates, Pittsboro, NC. This home is the first Southern Living Showcase Home to be built in the Triangle.

They built our custom home and I think they were great. We were probably not the easiest people to work with as we are picky and notice EVERYTHING, but they handled it all with grace and patience and were receptive to all our feedback. They also differ from other builders in our area due to the unique talents of their staff. Their contractor, David, is really creative and has a wonderful eye for details. Lindy, Josh's wife, also has great decorating skills so she can help you figure out how to make sure every room in your house flows easily from area to another. Very, very helpful. Highly recommend

If you want a builder that truly cares about doing a great job and caring for their clients, then Paragon is the one for you!
