Anyone can cut a tree down. It takes a true arborist to carry out a plan for the betterment of your tree. Our tree care crew includes certified arborists to care for your tree's health and safety. Karina brings 15 years of experience in business management and her love of trees to TreeCareLA. She applies her knack.
It all starts with a consultation. Consultations are on-site discussions at your home, business, or other property. Our consultations allow you to share your tree care concerns or ideas with an arborist one-on-one. Our arborists can look at your tree(s) and discuss good solutions that will work for your needs and budget.
90% of all our cutting is done quietly with manual tools such as hand saws, hand pruners, and pole pruners. We save wear and tear on the chainsaws by using them only for the big limbs, and drastically reduce our reliance on noisy, messy fossil fuels. When we do use a chainsaw, we use our electric chainsaw as much as possible!
Great company, very efficient and also pleasant to work with. Nick and his team were so kind about the process even while they were working hard to remove the tree from our backyard. This company is first rate. They took great care of my tree problems, did the work at a reasonable price and were on time and on schedule.

I have used TreeCareLA a number of times with great satisfaction, but I have to say that I'm most impressed with how they saved one of my favorite trees from a previous hacking by another company. This Tipuana tipu is a very large tree and Nick's crew not only did a spectacular job, but they persisted in terrible weather. They protected all the plants growing under the tree and beautifully thinned out the random branches and sprouts caused by the previous chopping by someone else. This company never lets me down! On time, permits in place, excellent work and they are true experts at what they do. Clean up is excellent and the the greatest attitude from the first call to the office with Francis, to Nicks patience with my endless questions when discussing the project. TreeCareLA is an awesome company, full stop. Every person I dealt with was great at their job and happy to help. We had an arborist, Oscar, come out to evaluate the job and give a quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have several different species of trees, each needing different types of work. Angela was especially kind and so helpful getting our job scheduled, etc. The crew that came out was friendly and professional. They were happy to answer all of my questions and they did great work, and were having fun too. The cleanup was also strong.

Another great experience with Nick and the TreeCareLA team. Had a large limb break off of my sycamore tree which required emergency work to remove. Nick was at the house within an hour of my call and assembled a team same day to come and remove the tree, taking care to not cause any roof damage and with as little impact to the rest of the tree as possible, even pulling folks from the office (and jumping in himself) to handle traffic control. When these things happen, it's great to work with someone as responsive, skilled and friendly as Nick and TreeCareLA.

Recently bought a home and inherited a giant Canary Island pine tree. The Tree Care LA team was quick to respond when I reached out to schedule an assessment. Nick paid us a visit soon after and happily answered all my questions about tree care (felt like a mini class in tree care). He sent over an estimate later that evening (cabling, trimming and thinning the tree) and scheduled the work a day or two later (was about two months after the initial visit). The team showed up on time and were a pleasure to work with. There were 6 total, 3 up in the tree to do the trimming and 3 down below to clear

Our five year trimming on our 60' Cedar was spectacularly good. The tree had I'd say as much as 30 percent removed and looks cared for rather than hacked.

A few years ago he did a great job, I had in-between someone cheaper, but looking at 4 other bids and results of "whacker/toppers" around the area, I was happy to have him come back and do a terrific job on several trees last month. We called TreeCarLA when another arborist said our sycamore had bugs. I sent TreeCareLA an email and their quick response asked for photos and suggested that I watch their video on that exact subject. The video was very clear and helpful. I checked my tree and was able to determine what kind of bug I had. I called TreeCareLA and we discussed my findings and they agreed that I had the sycamore borer and that my tree would be fine. They never asked for money and were very helpful even though they were giving their services for free.

I've had TreeCareLA do my tree trimming for a few years now, and I would never use anyone else. So many other companies just send out people who hack at the trees, cut away as much as possible so it looks like they've done something and leave you with damaged, unhealthy trees. TreeCareLA has an amazing team, including their arborists and office staff. Everyone is friendly, listens to your concerns and the work is absolutely top-notch. I can't recommend this company enough.
