Both Bethany (she is awesome!) and Robert were professional, very helpful and willing to answer any and all my questions. They really went the extra mile to see that I was happy. After doing my research and receiving several quotes, I’m so happy I chose them to do my windows! My windows and doors look amazing!

They go above and beyond for their clients.I heard of the company from my neighbor who is a perfectionist and loved Bethany. So I called them znd she came right out for an estimate. Prime window and door is awesome! Bethany and Robert were both so helpful and knowledgeable. Bethany was straight up with us and had great suggestions. When we were undecided on details, she let us know what was available to us by sending photos and information. She is on top of every detail. She is also a great person and we are happy to have met her. We were so delighted by our first install we had Prime come back and update our next property. We are so happy with both our window and door installations and would recommend them in a second.

Bethany Vaughn is the most knowledgeable sales representative I have ever worked with. She took the time to answer my 2 million questions, listened to my goals and found the best solutions for my family and homes. The owner, Robert, was involved from day one really showing how much he cared for our homes. My wife and I had CGI Sentinel windows installed in our house (21 units in 14 openings) and we're very happy we went with Prime. We had seven companies stop by to get a feel for pricing and window quality. Bethany from Prime was the first to schedule an appointment with us for an estimate, and really never lost the poll position. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like we would be well taken care of if we went with Prime. I wanted impact windows not just for security, but also to reduce outside noise. While looking for estimates I contacted several companies and received prices from at least five. I wanted a company that I felt comfortable with the information they provided me with and also prices that weren't outrageously high. Bethany came to our house to show us the samples and tell us more about the products they offer. She's AMAZING! She was so patient, nice, outgoing and really answered all of our questions and concerns.
